4. Course Enrolment, Payment, Cancellations & Refunds
These terms apply when you purchase or enrol in a Course, workshop, corporate package or other Service from us:
- Payment must be completed in full (or according to the agreed payment plan), before your place is confirmed.
- Once your booking is confirmed, you become liable for the payment under these Terms.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us in writing at hello@thementortraining.com.
Refund / Reschedule Policy:
- If you cannot attend after purchase, we allow you to transfer your place to another person, or postpone to a future course offering (subject to availability), provided you notify us at least 7 days before the course date.
- If you cancel less than 7 before the course, fees may be non-refundable.
- Refunds (if issued) will be made to the original payment method; any fees charged by payment processors are non-refundable.
5. Expectations & Responsibilities
When you engage with our Courses / Services, you commit to:
- Participate with honesty, integrity, and openness. Your growth is your responsibility — we provide structure, support and guidance, but your transformation depends on your engagement.
- Respect confidentiality of group sessions or any shared materials or personal exchanges: what is shared within trainings remains within — unless explicit consent is given.

Accordingly: we cannot guarantee any specific results (income, career progression, emotional or psychological outcome). You are responsible for interpreting and applying what resonates with you in a way that fits your context.

9. Entire Agreement & Governing Law
