Why become an accredited mentor
Mentoring isn’t one thing. It’s a way of being that translates across every profession, role and relationship.
It is one of the most natural human impulses. We guide, support and make meaning together. But the Mentoring industry itself is unregulated.
This means thousands of people step into positions of influence every year, in workplaces, coaching, therapy and community spaces, with good intentions and little preparation.
Without the right framework, boundaries and relational awareness, even the kindest efforts can lead to burnout, dependency and harm. That’s why we exist.
Your clients, teams and communities deserve more than your best intentions. They deserve your best capacity.
Who The Mentor Training is for
This training is for people who hold space for others, formally and informally, and want to do it with more depth, clarity and confidence. It’s for people who care about how they show up in the world: the way they listen, guide, lead and influence.
You might be:
- A therapist, coach, teacher or facilitator who wants to strengthen the relational, ethical and embodied side of your practice.
- A leader, manager, or HR professional building teams rooted in trust, communication and psychological safety.
- A community organiser, creative or wellbeing practitioner ready to support others without burning out or overgiving.
- A mentor looking to refine your relational fluency and advance your practice.
- Someone feeling the call to guide, even if you don’t yet know what form that will take – you simply know it needs to be done well.
Whether you’re growing your professional capacity or deepening your personal maturity, this training helps you become the kind of mentor who can hold people, organisations and systems through change – ethically, confidently and humanly.
What you get training with us

What sets TMT apart
Relational depth as the foundation.
Relationship is everything. We see the mentoring relationship as a living system, one that thrives on clarity, boundaries, feedback, and care. You’ll learn to design that system intentionally, so bravery and growth happen by design, not by chance.
Dual competency: inner work meets outer practice.
True mentoring begins within. We train the internal skills, self-awareness, regulation, and reflective honesty, alongside the external frameworks of mentoring structures, scripts, and measurable outcomes.
Integrity you can feel.
We teach ethics as theory and we practice and assess it in real time. Through live supervision, recorded sessions, and reflective feedback, you learn how to embody the values you stand for.
A community built for people like you.
You are not alone. You are supported through peer networks, accountability, supervision, and ongoing feedback. The relationships built here are real, honest and last far beyond the training. They become part of your ecosystem of integrity.
Accredited, never performative.
Our accreditation gives your practice credibility. That said, it isn’t mandatory. Many choose this journey for their own growth, using what they learn to lead, love, and work more consciously. The certificate validates the learning, not the worth of the person.
Adaptive, real-world learning.
Every module blends evidence-based frameworks with embodied practice so you can apply what you learn immediately, in your workplace, business, and life.

Reviews
The Mentor Training program taught me I don’t need to be ‘perfect’ to help others. My gift as an intuitive is to deeply feel people’s hopes, dreams, and struggles, but I’ve also gained tools for those of us who are HSPs to dive deeper and hone how we can be of service to others.
— Anne, USA
I didn’t realise just how much my own nervous system needed support until embarking on this journey with Vienda. By learning how to mentor others on their journey, I was initiated into levelling up the amount of support I was willing to give to myself. And that’s a priceless part of the TMT journey that I never even expected to receive when going in.
— Jade, Thailand
As I’ve moved through the TMT modules, I’ve found it so affirming to find that a lot of ways I’ve intuitively supported myself and others over the years can actually be honed as professional tools. TMT was absolutely the right next step for me along my path as a business owner and mentor.
— Mollie, UK
One of the biggest takeaways from TMT has been the impact that self-awareness and self-regulation make in holding space for others. Not only do I feel more empowered as a mentor, but also my ability to connect with my mentees has broadened.
— Marta, Portugal

I love the interactive group calls with live mentoring which is extremely valuable to learn from on the spot as Vienda gives immediate feedback. Additionally, I found the recorded sessions with clients very helpful to pick up on Vienda’s teachings and mentoring approach in practice. Holding space for another human being with pure presence and love is a healing experience in itself.
— Nida, Australia
I have heard of ‘projecting’ a lot but never was able to fully grasp what it meant and you put it so simply; ‘It’s misinterpreting what is “inside” as coming from “outside”. …. thank you for that understanding Vienda!! I finally got it!
— Mirella, Canada
Whilst I was already on the journey of really cultivating a safe space within and holding myself through all emotions, I hadn’t ever explored the names of our emotions in depth. So the emotional fluency part of the introduction module including an Emotional Vocabulary Sheet, with a detailed breakdown of each emotion and the intensity/strength of them was super helpful and insightful for me.
— Aimee, UK
When the other women share in the live group calls, it is a real honour to witness them, however this looks in that moment, to see them for all emotions that arise and hold space with love and compassion, alongside Vienda’s mentoring.
— Emily, Canada
